Last night, I attended the final performance in the Violins of Hope series at Belk Theater in Charlotte. The Charlotte Symphony Orchestra directed by Christopher Warren-Green played a series of pieces, including one featuring 18 young violinists playing violins resurrected from the Holocaust.
